Thank for the parents that joined us this morning. We talked about famous scientists. Then we predicted what would happened when raisins are put in lemonade. We observed closely and discussed why the raisins moved up and down.

Book reviews

Children have really enjoyed completing their first book review in school with our helper Gill. We have started to bring these home this week, and if we bring them back into school, we will get a sticker! A polite reminder that our book bags are due in on Thursdays.

Year 6 – Retrieval through a silent conversation.
Firstly, we wrote down any thoughts or questions that we had about the image / word, relating to Hinduism, on the paper.
Then, we had to think about what others had written, and if anyone had an answer or contribution, they could add it as a response.
Finally, we broke the silence and discussed the importance of each image or word, in the life of a Hindu.

Year 5 Retrieval!
This afternoon’s ‘Big Friday Quiz’ had us thinking really hard but it was great fun!
